🍵 Usucha (thin tea)

Sift about 2g of matcha into your bowl.
Add 60–80ml of warm water (about 70–80°C).
Whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and lightly foamy.

☕ Matcha latte

Sift 2–3g of matcha into your cup.
Add a small amount of warm water and whisk into a smooth paste.
Add hot or cold milk and sweeten lightly if desired.
